We're a church of ordinary people who worship an extraordinary God.
We meet in the picturesque village of Downe in Kent. Whether you've lived here all your life, are new to the area or are just passing through, we would love to meet you.
We meet on Sundays at 10.30am and 5pm and on Wednesdays at 7.45pm.
We also have a range of regular weekday activities.

SAVE THE DATE: 175th CHURCH ANNIVERSARY
This year marks 175 years of Downe Baptist Church's existence. To mark the occasion we're holding a special celebration over the weekend of 6 and 7 June. There will be food, thanksgiving and a series of talks about science, creation and design here in our historic village famous for Charles Darwin. Our guest speaker for the weekend is Professor Stuart Burgess, professor of engineering design at the University of Bristol.
